The importance of mental flexibility

We can use mental flexibility as a tool to help us overcome various difficulties and challenges in life and we can become comfortable with uncertainty, or the feeling of not knowing. Ultimately when we are more flexible in our mind, we no longer expect perfection from an imperfect word.


This way of living can greatly reduce the level of subconscious conflict which we experience, as we are now open to change and uncertainty - this means we no longer become overwhelmed, stressed or frustrated by things we have little control over.
